How do I get my patch?

Buy the Remote Military March Patch 2024 product in advance sales, and the patch will be sent to you by mail after the march. It may take a few weeks for your shipment to arrive, as there are quite a lot of patches to be mailed. The earlier you pre-order the patch, the higher you are on the shipping list, and the sooner you will receive it.

What is the price of shipping?

We don't charge for the shipping of the patch. You only pay the price of the product. If you buy other items on the same go, our regular shipping prices apply. You can see them on your cart after adding the items.

Last time the patches were free, why do we have to pay now?

Over the years, we have tried to refine this process so that people get their patches both on time and without a hassle, and patches are ordered according to actual demand. In the first few years, the problem was that it took too long to send out the patches, and the process was quite expensive for us. Last year, we attempted to fix this problem by ordering patches only for those who pre-registered, allowing them to redeem the patch with a code after the march. However, this led to a big bunch of registrants not redeeming the patch, and now there's quite a pile of them sitting unused in stock. Not good!

Making and mailing one patch costs us about 2-3 euros per patch, so we're taking a hit anyway. And if hundreds of patches end up sitting on the shelf unused, that's just not how we want to operate.

So now we're trying a method where those who want the patch have to pay a small price, to cover at least some of the production and shipping costs and to ensure the patches can be ordered promptly. And if someone doesn't feel the need for the patch or doesn't want to collect unnecessary items at home, there's also the option to march just for the sake of marching!

Can I register as a team and buy badges for the whole group?

Sure! Just change the number on the Add to cart button, and press the button. Due to a bu--, uh, feature in our system, you can't add patches to your cart if you already have one there, so make sure to add them all at once.

Can I purchase other items along with the patch?

Certainly. We'll put all available items straight into an order, and the patch will be sent separately by mail after the march.

I ordered the patch, but I can't participate in the march, what should I do?

Contact our customer service at [email protected] and provide your name and the email address you used to register. Please note that we might not be able to refund you for the patch, as they are ordered pre-emptively from the manufacturer. Also remember, you don't have to complete the Remote Military March during the actual event if you have other important commitments – you can do the march beforehand or afterward.

Help, I forgot to register on time – can I still get a patch?

The pre-sale of march patches is open until the end of the march weekend on April 28, after which it will be closed, and the order will be forwarded to the patch supplier. If you still want to register after this, send a note to our customer service at [email protected], and we can send you a printable diploma. Patches cannot be ordered after the march weekend.
