Shipping and payment methods

We ship worldwide* with affordable and fast deliveries

We strive to offer our customers the best possible selection of affordable and fast deliveries. 90% of the orders are sent the next business day from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland.

The delivery price is calculated in the shopping cart. It is determined by the weight of the order, the destination of the delivery and the chosen delivery method. The delivery times depend on the country/region and the chosen delivery method. Holidays may affect the handling and delivery times.

Additional charges

Packages weighing over 20 kilos may be subject to additional charges.

Large packages with a volume of more than 100 x 60 x 60 cm and/or weighing over 25 kilos will be processed by our customer service and may be subject to additional fees and changes to the delivery terms.

Tracking

In the delivery notification message, you will receive tracking information, after which additional tracking info will also be sent by the carrier company you have chosen.

Restricted items

We do not deliver abroad the following items: Gun replicas, deactivated guns, gun parts, magazines, ballistic protection, deactivated grenades, batteries, gas containers or aerosols. Please check possible customs regulations and country-specific restrictions before placing an order. You are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied.

Payment methods

We accept payment via PayPal, Trustly (selected EU countries), and Paytrail (Visa and Mastercard credit cards). For Swedish clientele, we offer Payson/Swish (online banking and Visa/Mastercard), and Svea Invoice.

Shipping in Finland

We use Posti, the Finnish postal company and Matkahuolto, a domestic alternative.

Almost 90% of shipments are packed day or two after the purchase has been made. If, however, we have a lot of orders in the line, we'll usually notify about it on the front page.

Domestic shipping: Beginning at 3,90 € for parcels and letters 2,00 €.

We will add delivery surcharge of 3,50 € to products containing explosive substances. Some explosives' delivery methods are also limited to pick-up from store only and in these cases there is no surcharge to delivery. This information is also available on the products that are affected by these terms.

SmartPost

We also deliver dometic orders via SmartPOST. Please note the following when ordering with SmartPOST delivery method:

  • Size limitations: Maximum size 60cm x 36cm x 60cm, maximum weight 35 kg
  • If your order won't fit inside one package, we will send your order using in multiple packages. In case the item won't fit inside SmartPOST-compatible packaging, we will contact you.

Payment methods

Domestic orders can be paid in advance with Checkout online payment (using Finnish bank systems or credit cards), Svea invoice or by cash on delivery. Cash on delivery means you can pay the order as you pick it up from the post office. Advance payment costs nothing and invoice 3,50 €.
