Not the toughest thing I have ever seen, but quite rough. For example, holding a boxing device tied to a tree they made it for 5 months, in winter. Ended quite destroyed but you can imagine they had quite a job to do. For tarps, car blanket, camping, backpack and so on these are fantastic. For this price are worth the value.

It's inexpensive and elastic, and the hooks don't seem like they would bend too easily. The quality is a bit rough, but should be OK for general light use.
