Proper heavy-duty tent stakes, just the perfect size for most tents or tarp setups. Just wide enough to stay in place, nicely curved, folded at the top, and feature a little hole to attach cord loops, these have pretty much all the little features you could want!
Length 18 cm (7"), weight 25 g (0.88 oz). Made of 1 mm (0.04") sheet steel - these are stamped to shape and form so they're fast and simple to manufacture. Unlike the little festival sticks usually accompanying small tents, these can take some pounding too and will stay in place much better. Attach a piece of hi-visibility cord loop on the top and you can spot these easier in the ground and pull them out by grabbing the loop.
Factory new, made by Mil-Tec. Probably made in China. These are mass-produced stuff and a bit rough around the edges, literally - some ropes might not like it in prolonged use. However, with a small file, such things can be remedied very quickly.

Nämä puolestaan pitävät pehmeässäkin maaperässä hyvin, kestävät myös esim. kovaan savimaahan polkemista eivätkä säikähdä jos sattuvat osumaan kiviin tai juuriin. Nämä ovat myös sen verran isoja, ettei näitä hukkaa majoitteen purun yhteydessä, etenkin jos reikään sitoo jonkin huomiovärisen narulenksun. Voisivat toki olla kevyempiä ja viimeistellympiä, mutta ei tähän hintaan aivan kaikkea voi saada.

Menevät nättiin nippuun keskenään, senverta leveitä etteivät ihan heti pompi maasta ilman lupaa, ja ns. kiilan pää on leveä ja taivutettu jolloin tarpin reuna taikka telttanaru pysyy nätisti kiilassa kiinni.
