Dutch Sleeveless Jacket, Olive Green, Surplus

A ready-made "kutte" with the discarded sleeves turned into handy slash pockets at the hem.

These garments used to be Dutch Field Shirts and were modified by our supplier. Maybe the elbows were busted and they wanted to fix these instead of trashing, who knows.

The armholes have a neat trim and the sleeves were repurposed as large pockets at the bottom of the hem. The chest still has the original pockets with covert snap-fasteners and a hidden pocket on the left.

For some reason, the washing label says you should not wash these. We wonder why, as these are 100% cotton and seem good to go.

Size Info

Made according to chest circumference in centimeters. We've converted these to inches for you. The fit is fairly close so picking your usual size allows for an undershirt to be worn. If you usually wear your cut with the front open, there's no need to pick a larger size for a casual fit.

Dutch Surplus

These are vintage items from the '80s and have been used, though not in heavy combat exercises. You may find rank tabs and other insignia of previous users. The manufacturers vary and include Wahler, Seyntex, Rotkopf, etc. The condition is pretty good but a definite storage smell is present.
