The German is a cunning creature. Along with the folding sleeping mat, they developed a separate; one person-sized waterproof floor to go with it. Durable yet thin, this will keep you dry even if you roll off your kip mat.

Made of some proper tough rubber material with ripstop reinforcing. Takes a beating and being stomped on. Works well as a ground mat for smaller tents; get two if you need more cover.

Vähän painaa mutta yhden hengen teltan alle (testattu lekasta ostetun UCP teltan alla) loistolisä ja varmistaa ettei kävyt ja risut puhko pohjakangasta. Ihan ei riitä absidin alle reppua suojaamaan mutta loppujenlopuksi aika suoraviivainen maavaate joka ajaa asiansa.

Bonuksena kääräisin rinkan alalokerikossa majailevan teltan ja makuualustan pussin sinne tämän sisällä niin sai kantomoodiin lisäsuojaa sateelta.

Pretty good multi-use item in perfect condition. Nice size and weight, I haven't had any problems so far. Use these as a knee pad during bushcraft/tire change, gun cleaning mat, groundsheet to protect your sleeping pad, soccer mom seat pad, seat cover for car sick kids, rainwater harvester (not after the kids puked on it), doormat to your tent, uncomfortable sniper shooting mat, kitchen table cloth for single men that want to stay single, cover for the dead body of your beloved ex wife, left arm armour World War Z style, etc. You get the idea. As always, imagination is the limit. Overlapping nicely in functionality with the legendary BW folding sleeping mat that rules as knee/seat pad and backup to your soon-about-to-break inflatable sleeping pad. Unlike most other items this ground sheet is not overpriced at Varusteleka so get one before the Finns figure this out and raise the price from 10 to 25 USD/EUR... Also Bundeswehr issue is always cool and girls will go crazy for you. If you don't care about that, you can always go to your local Bauhaus and get a cheap "piece of plastic" that will do the job just as well.
