Shit hit the fan in the customer service

Our customer service is totally swamped due to problems with our new warehouse/order management software. Answers to emails will be delayed and any problems with orders are, unfortunately, not very speedily handled. We're very much working to solve this problem, both in terms of having most of the staff help customer service when they can, and in trying to way to fix the system. Unfortunately we need IT people to solve the latter thing, and it appears they cannot be very much hurried.

However, orders are processed very speedily, so if you make an order in our webshop, you'll get it fast. The problem will arise if you need to contact us. We'll get back to you, but at the moment it will be with a 2-7 day delay. We're very sorry.
