Customer service and returns are congested

Despite our best efforts your messages and customer returns keep on stacking faster than we are able to reply or process them. Currently messages are being replied within 4-5 working days. In some cases international returns parcels are stuck at the airports (some parts of Canada, USA and Britain) and are not expected to reach us for a month. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are working furiously to remedy the situation!
