Military boots

Here you'll find our wide selection of military boots and other high-cut boots and jackboots. In addition to military stuff, these are fit for hiking, camping, hunting, law enforcement, and everyday use. This kind of sturdy boots are pretty unisex and favor every ankle, so there are military boots for men and women.

We wanted a wide range of high-cut boots so that everyone could find a suitable pair. We have boots with and without a membrane, and they come in black and various shades of brown, such as desert tan and coyote brown. And like many of our other products, the military boots for sale here come both factory new and military surplus.

Get the best military boots for your needs

A large portion of the boots we sell are military models but they are also suitable for civilian use. So if you have an upcoming hike or some other challenging adventure in the bush, this is the right category for you. The military stuff is practically always well tested, robust and simple, and the boots aren't an exception.

Military boots waterproof?

If you're wondering what's the difference between the military boots with or without a membrane, read a bit further. The boots with a membrane are a little more modern because they're as waterproof as the rubber boots but breathe better. Boots without a membrane breathe even better but they aren’t as waterproof. However, with the right care and grease, they can be made pretty waterproof.

In "unstable" conditions - like on a long hike - the boots with a membrane are probably your best bet, but life goes on without one as well. In everyday use, the benefit of the membrane will often just go to waste.

Take care of your boots!

Membrane or not, you must take care of your boots. As said, leather boots can also be greased to be pretty waterproof. However, boots that have a waterproof membrane must also be kept in shape with their own care products.

We have a specific product group for shoe care and maintenance as well as a detailed article covering various leather types, ways to clean and treat them, and general info about various greases, spray-on treatments, and shoe polishes.

Remember the socks and insoles!

Socks are often an underrated element of foot well-being. To get the most out of your boots, get a few pairs of good socks and don't forget the insoles. Get a few pairs of Merino wool socks and you'll never go back to cotton.
