Haix Airpower Pro R

Although HAIX footwear tends to be good for about any weather or climate, but the Pro model is specifically designed for the Northern wastes: it has more leather, a wider last, and a specially designed sole that is better suited to low temperatures, providing increased traction. Needless to say, this is a superior model for colder climates.

All good things come to an end - this boot has been discontinued by the manufacturer. However, we bought the remaining stock and will sell them off at a reduced price. The boot shipments will arrive at our warehouse during this year.

HAIX Airpower Pro is a waterproof and breathable combat boot. A good percentage of leather compared to the nylon parts makes these boots more hard-wearing than your average light combat boot, and also has the added advantage of looking somewhat more military. The XCR Gore-Tex membrane keeps your feet dry and enhances breathability as compared to a boot made of, say, rubber. These offer great ankle support and hinder the sideways movement of the foot effectively.

• Lower part made of leather, upper and tongue are nylon.
• Speed lacing on the bottom, lace locks in the center, hook lacing on the upper part.
• 3-layer Gore-Tex XCR membrane
• Cambrelle lining keeps feet dry from perspiration and water
• Cushioned Thermo-polyurethane sole with added foot arch support. The sole retains its traction quite well even when the weather gets cold.
• Spacious toebox.
• CeramX toebox protector, additionally a rubber protective piece in the front.

Important: NEVER use regular shoe polish or grease with membrane boots. Use only those which are specifically designed for them. If you apply regular polish, say bye-bye to breathability. Read more about shoe care in our dedicated article.

Warranty

All HAIX footwear are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Ordinary wear is not covered. We do not handle international warranties or warranties for HAIX footwear that's not bought from us.

Size info

First the British size followed by a comparable EU-size. The selection is based on EU-sizing so the gaps between UK sizes may appear to be half or full steps - no reason to worry.

To convert UK sizes to US Men's sizes, just add one whole size e.g. a British 8.5 is an American 9.5.

These have a wider last than other HAIX boots. If you are used to picking a larger size to fit your wider foot, the sizing shift is probably not necessary in this case.
