Gear Clinic: Plate Carrier / Chest Rig / Belt Setup - August 19, 2024

How does a Plate Carrier work? What on earth is a Chest Rig? Are your tactical gear issues all tangled up, or are you just extremely curious about combat equipment? Where should you place your mag pouch and IFAK? There is a solution to your problems – the Gear Clinic!

  • At the event, we will thoroughly go through different gear setups suitable for various purposes, from sports shooting to reservist activities.
  • It's a good idea to bring your own gear to the clinic, which can be customized to better suit your needs with the help of our friendly and knowledgeable staff.
  • If your Brutality plate carrier setup is still incomplete or you have other gear-related questions, now is your chance to hear from professionals on how to get your combat gear in order.
  • If you are wondering about the NIR capabilities of your gear, you can also get these checked during the event with the help of a night vision device.

The Gear Clinic will be held at the Varusteleka store on August 19, 2024, 1600-2000hrs. Varusteleka can be found at Hankasuontie 11 A, 00390 Helsinki.

Please note that the event will be in Finnish. You may, of course, ask questions in English, and we will answer them to the best of our ability.

Schedule:

  • 1600-1630: 2-Gun / SRA / Dual Use Kit + Särmä TST Kit
  • 1700-1730: Urban Search and Capture Kit + Infantryman’s Kit
  • 1800-1830: 2-Gun / SRA / Dual Use Kit + Särmä TST Kit
  • 1900-1930: Urban Search and Capture Kit + Infantryman’s Kit

Between the presentations, there will be free time to browse the store or visit Sotima and chat with the presenters.
