Use

These shears are designed for all emergencies where you need to cut clothing, equipment, and footwear out of the way when trying to locate the wound and reveal it for efficient treatment. Especially necessary in military use where people have load-bearing equipment, vests, and thick clothing that needs to be removed quickly. Also good to take along when hunting. Cheap snippety-snips will give you a nervous breakdown very quickly but these will cut through anything necessary.
