US Mystery Ranch OVERLOAD MSOB Weapons Carry Backpack, Coyote Brown, Unissued

Here’s a super rare treat! The US Marine Spec Op version of Mystery Ranch's most advanced sniper backpack. This is their 50 L Overload complemented with a 15 L daypack lid, Mystery Cinch strap, and a quick-release yoke. The price may sound high but a) just the basic pack soars in quadruple digits when new, b) this comes with those extra goodies, and c) this is also unused. So it really is a bargain. We only managed to grab a handful, so act fast if you want to be the happy owner of this top-of-the-line military pack made in the USA.

This pack was made for the Marine Special Operations Battalion who are nowadays known as Marine Raiders. It enables you to secure sniper and crew-served weapons between the pack and frame without decreasing the capacity to carry all the other necessary gear.

NICE Frame

The Mystery Ranch NICE Frame is a rigid yet dynamic system that moves with you. The frame consists of three vertical and three horizontal carbon fiber stays and a full fabric panel between the stays that absorbs shock and increases the flexibility of the frame. This patented construction allows the frame to flex with your body, resulting in top-down load transfer to comfortably carry heavy loads. The Futura Yoke easily micro adjusts to the torso length allowing the proper amount of stand-off between the back and frame.

Overload feature

The OVERLOAD feature enables you to secure a sniper rifle, mortar, or another crew-served weapon or Pelican cases between the pack and frame without decreasing the capacity for mission essentials or sustainment gear. It provides functional expandability via a load sling between the pack and the frame, allowing you to put the bulk of the weight closest to your back for optimal comfort. And the grippy, high-abrasion fabric stabilizes load.

Mystery Cinch strap

This is a bonus feature of this MSOB version and not available in the standard Overload Pack. It is a magical marvel for folks who use a plate carrier or other body armor. It can reroute the shoulder straps to avoid chafing, bleeding, and nerve issues.

NICE Daypack Lid

This is a bonus feature of this MSOB version and not available in the standard Overload Pack. The detachable pack lid has two zippered pockets for smaller items, totaling about 15 L (900 cu. in) of extra space. It has a hinged construction, so the lid can lock down tighter when you overload the pack. It comes with hidden straps, so you can use it as a daypack. The front pocket also has a port for a hydration tube, so you can carry water reservoirs inside.

Use

This is a very advanced military weapons system carry pack aimed at snipers and those transporting heavy weapons. However, it is also very well suited for long-range hunters who need to haul meat from the wilderness. You can fit quite a lot in between the pack and the frame.
