The classic olive green butt pack was updated a bit more than just adding the Woodland camo: they put the opening mechanism on the side, thus allowing easier access to it when wearing webbing, even with a rucksack on.
The lid works with ITW buckles and hook 'n' loop, with an additional flap under it. On the back, you can find a pair of ALICE keepers and suspender grommets for attaching the pack to pretty much anything US-made. Dimensions about 16 x 30 x 20 cm.

Used US Army surplus. After a quick inspection, we concluded that all were in good serviceable shape.

This is not a butt pack, but a bag for an NBC suit. The side opening means that you'll probably drop small items on the ground as you're digging through the bag while using it as a buttpack. Fine for a rain suit and a poncho liner, though.
