Sordin Supreme Pro-X SFA Slim Hearing Protectors

Sordin Supreme Pro-X earmuffs with SordinHEAR2™ audio profiles! These are proper high-quality active hearing protectors – Sordin is a well-known name in the industry and among sport shooters and LE/MIL personnel alike. Great sound quality, shock- and waterproof, perfect for any hell you might want to drag these through. This is the higher passive attenuation SFA Slim headband model with a leather headband cover.

Sordin Supreme SFA Slim hearing protectors (SNR: 31dB) have a much higher passive noise attenuation compared to the regular Slim model (SNR: 26dB). This is done with thicker foam and double layer construction in the cups.

Features

While normal ear defenders generally get the job done, active electronic ones have one major advantage: you don't have to yell to communicate, provided everyone else has similar protectors. They can also give you superhuman hearing capabilities while on the hunt or in other similar activities where you might want to observe someone before they observe you.

The Slim model has a slimmer but broader headband designed to fit even wider head shapes. The height of the cups is adjusted by first loosening the screwable parts on the cup holders. Here you can also detach the cups altogether, if you want to replace the headband with ARC helmet rail adapters. Features in short:

Note: the cushions are made of TPU foam. A gel cushion set is also available. However, the manufacturer has a special gel cushion set for the SFA model which we do not have. You could also put the regular Supreme gel cushion set in these, but the foam part is slimmer and the fit might be not a 100%.

The passive attenuation in the SFA Slim model is comparable to having the regular Slims with basic earplugs. If you need things to be really quiet, you can use earplugs with these also.
