These are made from similar materials as the Finnish army M05 combat equipment,1000D Cordura. The M05 snow camo is made from Foxa's 1000D Foxdura. All materials are NIR-compliant.

These are made by Finnish CPE. There are various manufacturing locations, all inside the EU (e.g. Czech Republic).

Is it worth it? You'll have to decide that. But at least in build quality and utility I find it better than 5.11, Tasmanian Tiger and Vanquest pouches, which are made in either China or Vietnam. Personally I have no problem paying a little more to support this company, with their friendly customer service and products actually made in the EU.
