Särmä T-shirt

The better all-purpose T-shirt. There's no reason to choose cotton even when it comes to something basic and simple as a T-shirt. But hold on, this shirt isn't delicate synthetics or expensive merino wool either!

The Särmä T-shirts are the only black T-shirts you need to own, except for the one that says Motörhead. It stands out from the crowd with better material: Lyocell is soft like cotton, resists wrinkles, and is twice as strong as otherwise similar rayon fibers. To top it off, the manufacturing process is easier on the environment.

The sleeves are attached in an ordinary fashion i.e. these have a shoulder seam. This makes the T-shirt look less like underwear or sporty, and is more fashionable for casual use.

Previous versions with Raglan sleeves are still available. If the sleeve type is important to you, choose carefully.

Sizing

Available from X-Small to 4X-Large. These are form-fitting and stretch to fit. These are not slim-fit, more like a regular T-shirt.

Material and measurements of the latest version

Material 240 g/m², 93% lyocell / 7% elastane.

The chest width is measured from pit to pit. The sleeve width is measured 3 cm (1 1/4") from the armpit seam. The center back length is from the bottom of the collar to the hem. All measurements are taken laid flat.

Previous version with Raglan sleeves. If you prefer these, act now! Rib-knit, Lyocell 97 %, elastane 3 %. Machine-wash at 30° C / 86° F, hang-dry.
