- 48 % Merino wool, 22 % polyamide, 20 % polypropylene, 10 % elastane
- 23.5 micron
Made from merino wool & synthetics, these offer certain advantages: they are very comfortable, moisture-wicking, and durable. In addition, they are excellent for outdoor use - for hiking, we suggest wearing two pairs on top of each other or a pair of these under thicker socks.
The footbed side is terry cloth. This means the sock won't slide and wrinkle when worn. Need only one pair? Not a problem!
Material and care
The material consists of 48% Merino wool, 22% polyamide, 20% polypropylene, and 10% elastane. Wash at 40° C (104° F). The sock shrinks about 10% in the first wash. This is accounted for in the sizing. Wash inside out.
And yes, the wool is mulesing-free!

Our sock provider Sukkamestarit has joined the NATIVA™system, the purpose of which is to be able to trace the merino wool back to individual sheep farms. Because of this, you will also be able to find out where the wool for all our merino wool Särmä socks comes from.
The package has a QR code that you can use to trace the source of the merino wool.
