Ruusteri chicken jerky, 100 g
Chicken jerky, it's like beef jerky but made of Finnish chicken! A whole lot less fat and more protein than in beef jerky, with a comparably nice taste. If you're looking for the ultimate snack or outdoor food, try this! 280 grams of chicken breast fillets is used to make 100 grams of jerky!

At first you would think dried chicken can't be that good, after all if you fail to make chicken properly, it will end up all nasty and dry. Well, we have good news for you: this is just like the juiciest bits of the bird made into jerky! Hard to believe it's made of breast fillets.
Lemongrass
With a refreshingly sweet lemon-like taste, this is quite easy on you. It is somewhat salty though!
Ingredients: chicken breast fillet, glutein-free soy sauce (water, soy protein hydrolysate, salt), corn sugar, black pepper, lemongrass.
Sriracha
The bit spicier alternative - this contains a hint of chili, but it's not particularly hot. Salty as well!
Ingredients: chicken breast fillet, glutein-free soy sauce (water, soy protein hydrolysate, salt), red chili, honey, honey vinegar, garlic.

The way you can fold the cardboard into a tray is a neat idea; however, I eat this sort of thing on the move.
I prefer the Lemongrass, but they are both nice.
