I have size 9.5-10 US feet I ordered the large. Haven't tried them in real cold but around the house they are very comfortable. As someone suffering from chronic foot pain these help me a lot by being super light/minimal/unrestrictive and promoting good bloodflow in my feet. The polyester lining makes you sweat very quickly but this was solved by wearing loose fitting Helsingin villasukkatehdas woollen socks (size 43-45 large) next to my skin.
