Magpul MOE M-LOK Forend, Shotgun

The Magpul MOE M-LOK Forend is a drop-in upgrade pump handle for shotguns featuring an extended length, M-LOK slots, and front / rear hand stops for improved weapon manipulation. Two models are available for different shotguns.

The Forends have a narrow profile and do not overlap the receiver for sidesaddle compatibility. On the sides and the bottom, there are M-LOK slots for compatibility with all M-LOK accessories such as light mounts, vertical or angled foregrips, hand stops, etc.

Installation wrench included.

Compatibility info

One model is compatible with the Mossberg 590 / 590A1 12ga shotguns and the other with the Remington 870 series. These forends are not compatible with heat shields. Some people have crimped the shield closer to the barrel to overcome this issue. At your own risk.

This forend may or may not fit the Mossberg 500. Here's how you can find out without trial and error: your shotgun will have a short or long action slide for installing the forend. The long slide is 194–197 mm (7.63"–7.75"), and the Magpul forend will fit those. The short slide is 172 mm (6.8") and is not directly compatible. We've heard about fitting an extension nut (e.g. from Hogue) but have no first-hand experience with those.
