Height about 20 cm, diameter about 10 cm, volume approx. 1 liter.

In very good shape - if these have been used, they are washed well. No cork included unfortunately.

Paksua lasia, pohjaan leimattu tilavuus 1 litra. Muotin jakosauma kulkee kylkiä pitkin.

Painava ja tukeva. Sisäpinta jonkunnäköisen jäämän peitossa, toisin sanoen samea. Ei lähde pois muttei haittaa käyttöä.

Luulisin, että tämä on alunperin tarkoitettu pöytäviinin tarjoiluun. Tällaisessa viinin dekantointiin ja tarjoiluun käytettävässä astiassa ei korkkia kuulukkaan olla - juomatta jäävä viini kaadetaan takaisin pulloon. Toimii kuten tämmöiset dekantterit yleensäkin, on sellaiseksi varsin tukeva ja onhan tuo kaiverrus ihan siisti, joskin omassa astiassani oli jonkinlainen lähes koko astian ympäri ulottuva kulumajälki, joka oli hinkannut osan kuviosta sottaisen näköiseksi. Joka tapauksessa, tämän ansiosta voin nyt huudella oikeaoppisesti dekantoidun alkupunaviinin aiheuttamassa pöhnässä ikkunasta ohikulkijoille "avanti o popolo, alla riscossa!"

Are these caraffes risky for daily use?
Been using this carafe daily for ages and can happily report no evidence of drain bamage.
