French Bush Hat, CCE, Surplus

We got a batch of French army bush hats in woodland CCE camo. These breathable and lightweight floppy hats are designed to protect the soldiers from the evil rays of the sun especially in tropical conditions. So, this is a fantastic summer hat for civilian use, too.

Put this on when you go fishing, picking berries or mushrooms, or when you sit on your terrace with a frosty drink in your hand contemplating a career as a hip hop artist. This woodland CCE is also suitable for many types of hunting during warmer months.

This material is some sort of thin cotton-whatever blend. There are three grommets on both sides for letting off steam. The sizes are fairly relaxed. 59 fit quite nicely on the copywriter that normally uses size 60 hats.

Condition

This is indeed surplus but in good as new condition. Possibly a bit wrinkled in the storage.
