Savotta Survival pocket chain saw

Savotta Survival pocket chain saw

15.99 USD

A pocket size chain saw, heavier, sturdier and altogether a tad better than the usual wire models. Of the plethora of dirrefent pockets saws we´ve seen over the years this one is the winner, affordable but made from proper saw chain so it gets the job done.

Terävä Skrama, carbon steel

Terävä Skrama, carbon steel

64.99 USD

The Skrama is a versatile heavy duty bush knife - a tool that builds shelters, chops firewood and even carves feather sticks! If you're taking just one knife into the bush the Skrama is a viable option. This is naturally no axe, nor a precision tool for extremely meticulous work, but something in between and a solid and dependable companion above all.

Light My Fire FireSteel 2.0 Army

Light My Fire FireSteel 2.0 Army

17.99 USD

Probably the best magnesium firesteel there is! This is the army model with an extra thick magnesium rod, that means more sparks and a longer service life. Comes with a very well made scratcher which really gives good, strong spark showers and doubles up as an emergency whistle.

Trangia 27-1HA Stove

Trangia 27-1HA Stove

98.99 USD

The Trangia spirit burner stoves are pretty legendary, at least here in Scandinavia. These have for a long time been the go to stove for hikers and the military alike. The Trangia is not a state of the art piece of high-tech cookware, but a simple and extremely reliable stove that is easy to use, versatile and very effective. Model 27 is the smaller model, designed for single users or two person meals. Hard anodized ultralight aluminium construction.

Fiskars trifold E-tool

Fiskars trifold E-tool

59.99 USD

A fantastic folding E-tool. You might have seen these in use by the US Army under Gerber brand. It is originally a Finnish Defence Forces model made by Fiskars and was later adopted by the US.

Terävä Jääkäripuukko, carbon steel

Terävä Jääkäripuukko, carbon steel

32.99 USD

No fancy bullshit, the Jääkäripuukko is simply a proper no-nonsense utility knife. Quality carbon steel, traditional Finnish puukko blade profile with a slight drop point. The Jääkäripuukko is not designed to sit on a shelf for decoration, this is a honest tool made for hard work.

Hazard 4 Freelance, photo sling pack

Hazard 4 Freelance, photo sling pack

172.99 USD

Photographers and drone-enthusiasts rejoice! If you've found working on the move cumbersome, this sling pack might very well help you reach and grab for your gear when you need it, but carry it comfortably when you don't.

Wästikivi Eräkivi whetstone

Wästikivi Eräkivi whetstone

12.99 USD

A rough translation of "Eräkivi" would be "wilderness stone", and that's exactly what this is - sized for easy carry, this little buddy is always ready to keep your blades in shape out in the wilderness. Size 120 x 30 x 10 mm. Made from natural Finnish phyllite, the same stuff that our ancestors used since they first invented a knife that needed maintenance. Naturally due to the natural nature of the stone these don't follow any man made grit values, but that doesn't really matter since each and every Wästikivi will surely keep your blade sharp!

DD Hammock Quilt

DD Hammock Quilt

64.99 USD

A sleeping bag is not the one and only option for hammockeers, the Quilt by DD Hammocks is a clever choice for warmer weather. This is basically a crossbreed of an old timey blanket and a modern sleeping bag, very versatile and a perfect companion to go with the Underblanket. The leg portion and neck can be snapped and tightened shut to form a sort of pseudo-sleeping bag, or you can just throw the Quilt over you like a blanket.

Fiskars axes have earned themselves a solid reputation as proper, dependable working tools. The X7 hatchet is designed for easy carry, it fits perfectly strapped to the side of a backpack. The X7 still retains a decent shaft length which means it packs a good punch, just like an axe should!

The handle has a shock-absorbing fiber construction with a rubber grip area and it's molded together with the blade. This means that you will avoid the funny situation where you swing the axe up for a strike, only to have the blade land somewhere behind you on an unsuspecting buddy.

Omistanut tuotteen ~6kk.

Joskus on kuitenkin tarpeen pysyä piilossa tyhmän kyselijöiltä.

I use and own a Granfors Bruk Lite Forest Axe for bushcraft (have done for a decade now) but I regularly use the Fiskars X7 when I am at work and I must say, it gives great performance, very surprising (to me anyway) considering it's distinct "lack of leather and hickory".

Hyvä retkikirves. Kulkee kätevästi mukana metsästäjän repussa tai auton takakontissa. Muovinen teräsuojus on yllättävän kestävä ja käytännöllinen. Varsi on mukava kädessä ja kumipinnoitteen ansiosta kirveestä saa pitävän otteen.
