Swiss bicycle frame bag, leather, repro
When bicycles were full steel (and the riders probably too), many armies used frame bags. Why not, it's a pretty sensible way to carry the essentials. This is a reproduction of the Swiss army model, which was made about "as is" just as long as the bicycle, from 1905 to the 1980's. The orignals cost a fortune these days, so for use, a reproduction might be a better choice!
Mil-Tec bungee cords with hooks, pair, olive drab
Elastic cord with metal hooks on the ends. For binding stuff onto stuff, quick and easy like. Sold in pairs.
Estecs high-visibility vest, orange
A typical high-visibility vest with reflector tapes and bright orange polyester material, the kind that way more cyclists should wear. Of course this fits into the car trunk as well.
Bollé Voodoo ballistic sunglasses
Protective sunglasses for cheap! These are really tough, as they have certified ballistic protection. We got an outlet batch for cheap, and once these are gone, they are gone.
Finnish leather jackboots, surplus
Finnish army leather jackboots. Although used and abused, they are all serviceable. Not pretty, but intact.
Särmä merino wool hoodie
Finally a proper hoodie - in this case the price doesn't come from a big name, but rather from the material, which is thickish Merino wool, which is probably the best fabric ever. Oh, and we haven't forgotten to design the cut properly too. Whether you like to move on foot or two wheels, for the love of God buy this!
Särmä viscose hoodie, black
We already made a superior hoodie out of Merino wool, but that stuff is expensive. For the plebs is available this cheaper option which retains the superb cut and features and while not as fancy as the woollen one, still works like that to a degree - at less than half the price! If you just need a damn well designed hoodie for casual use, this is the ticket.
Now look here, this bicycle box truly represents classic Finnish design! Ugly, heavy, indestructible and slightly awkward to use, your bike pump (and other tidbits) will be more secure here than in a safe.
Dimensions 4 x 5,5 x 42 cm, weight modest 800 grams. Attaches to the frame with metal loops and nuts, very simple. Max. frame diameter about 2,9 cm with the included attachment thingies. The nuts are tightened with an 8 mm spanner. In short; this should fit all old timey style bikes, be it modern or the real thing, or anything else that has classic 1 1/8" tubing. Please keep in mind, you can fit this anywhere you like - the pictures are merely suggestions.
You remove the lid by first unscrewing the screw (!) and then sliding the lid off. However they might have been onto something, as there are a couple of holes which probably could be used with an alternative locking mechanism. You can simply change the screw to a winged model for easier operation.
Used, but in perfectly serviceable shape. A very nice accessory for an older bike!
