Old Finnish army bandoleer for rifle stripper clips. A fancy model with leather reinforcements, flimsy cotton fabric, knob closure, and a reindeer stamp.
Condition as shown. If there ever was a carrying sling, it's now replaced with a hand-sewn leather strap. Being probably over 80 years old you should probably cut it some slack what comes to actual use.
