Does exactly what it is supposed to, except my handlebars were ever so slightly too thin, which required me to pad it out a bit with electrical tape. Works perfectly other than that. The quick release feature is also nice, allowing you to take the light with you when not riding, so as to discourage theft of your fancy flashlight.
