A true gentleman's, or women's, choice, these are probably meant for parade functions, as they are very well made and fit very snugly. Lined with wool fabric. These are so nice there has to be something sinister behind them.
These are made in the Netherlands or Belgium, in any case, Western Europe. The tags indicated these to be mostly 80's production.

Normal glove sizes, these fit rather snugly. They will form to your hand over time!
