Founded in 2005, the British DD Hammocks supplies proper quality hammocks, tarps, and other related stuff. Along with the common joe, campers, hikers, etc., a large customer base is in the British military. If it's good enough for war zones, it should do well in civilian life too.

Materiaali on kestävää ja Tree huggersien sekä sopivien hakojen kanssa viritys käy hetkessä. Teltta saa jäädä jatkossa usealta reissulta kotiin.

Bonusta keveys ja käytön yksinkertaisuus. Mukana tuleva harjanaru ei järeintä mahdollista, kaiketi syystä että "Superlight". Suosittelen vaihtamaan hitusen paksumpaan (= helpompi solmia) tai vähemmän venyvään.
Oma vinkkini harjanarun kiinnitykseen: jalkopäähän kiinteä kiinnitys (tupla)vetosolmulla tai karabiinilla, pääpuolen kiinitys telttasolmulla (engl. "Taut-line hitch"). Pääpuolenkin voi toki kiinnittää jo valmiiksi karabiiniin.. Telttasolmua siirtämällä harjanarun kireyden saa näppärästi passattua sopivaksi riippumatossa maatessa. Naru ei saa olla tähän kuitenkaan liian luistavaa; esim. paracordista ei ole kokemusta.
