Here's a simple and effective medical pouch for your IFAK needs. Vertical orientation and MOLLE/PALS or Speed Clip attachment. Used, one-off lot.

Features two-way non-locking zippers and elastic keepers to keep the pouch ajar. Wide, horizontal elastics towards the body and vertical twin-bands of elastic on the lid.

Size: 13 x 18 x 7.5 cm (5" x 7" x 3")

PALS size requirement:

3 columns
4 rows (attaches to three)

Used British surplus

These are used and abused but in serviceable shape. Made by Blackhawk! for the British armed forces. Manufactured in Vietnam.

At least for this price, these can't be beaten if you want to assemble a high-quality kit for demanding use. Availability in the future is uncertain so act now.

I got a very used pouch with no PALS straps on the back, meanning that I'd need some sort of MALICE clip to attach it. No problem for me personally as I have those clips at hand but it would be nice to know that beforehand...
The condition of the pouch was very used, meaning a 10mm hole in the front, worn out elastics and fading colour. It is usable but 18€ is much too expensive in my mind.

It’s ok. The pouch came in almost new condition besides some dirt on the outside. Everything about it is awesome except the elastic on the inside makes it hard to pack everything inside. Obviously you could fix this by cutting it out but it isn’t enough of a bother to modify.

Just one thing, which is quite major... But first, I did find this pouch really sturdy, well build and it attaches nicely on my backpack... The condition of the used item is OK and It is perfect pouch for first aid stuff. You can find the items and remove them fast. And elastic bands prevent from dropping anything accidentally out. ...With this said I would recommend the pouch... But the mold! The one I got smells terrible and I still cannot get rid of the migrane it gave for me. I have tried removing the smell with soda, bleach, washing powder, coffee, etc. But there is still this sharp stink of mold coming from the pouch. Its quite hopeless. Perhaps I'll reserve my purchase for next winter or something? Or I'll give it to someone who likes paintball or airsoft or something... Sorry Varusteleka, I like you but this was not a win for me :(
