These were made in the late 1990s. 100% PA. The padded part is 80 cm (31.5”) long, and the width at the widest point is 25 cm (9.8”). The strap in the buckle is 5 cm (2"). The hip belt can be adjusted between 74-156 cm (29”-61”). NSN 8465-13-116-7293.
Condition
Used Belgian military surplus. These are in very good condition though. They might have slight surface dirt and such, but that won’t have any effect on usability.

It does, wonderfully so.
Hello there! Thread the male buckle through the female and pull on the male's webbing to adjust. The buckle opens really quickly by flipping the lip.
