The AD-RECON-SL mount is made for putting high-power glass onto a bolt action rifle or a 10/22.
This is a very low scope mount without built-in eye relief (cantilever). It has QR levers with toolless adjustment to fit slightly out-of-spec rails - in addition to properly made rails, of course.
Standard levers, no built-in elevation. Comes with a hex key and Threadmate for mounting the rings.
FEATURES
The AD-RECON-SL mount has the patented QD Auto Lock Lever system which has the following advantages:
- Does not require proprietary tools for adjustment.
- Can be adjusted with your finger or a flat blade screwdriver.
- Lever can be configured to lock to the front or the rear.
- Superior clamping surface to insure maximum rail engagement.
Specifications
The AD-RECON-SL mount is CNC-machined from a block of 6061 T6 aluminum and finished with Type 3 Mil-Spec hard-anodizing for a rock-hard and lasting finish.
Weight | 215 g | 7.6 oz |

Length | 114 mm | 4.49" |
Ring Screw Torque* | 2.2 - 2.8 Nm | 20-25 in lbs |
* Do not exceed what the optic manufacturer recommends for their scope. Tighten the bottom screws to torque first, then the top screws. There should be a gap between the top of the halves.
NOTE: Due to the low position of the rings, this mount is not likely compatible with rifle scopes that have an objective lens greater than 56 mm. The distance from the top of your Picatinny rail to the centerline of the rings is about 29 mm / 1.14".
