Velocity Systems SCARAB LT/LE Quarter Flaps

Quarter flaps for the SCARAB LT plate carrier – attach this to your plate carrier, so you don’t have to move or remove gear from the front when donning and doffing the carrier. This Quarter Flap also takes a 6" x 6" armor plate. The Quarter Flaps come in two camo patterns – the Finnish M05 is a very limited edition and only available from Varusteleka!

Features

The SCARAB LT/LE Quarter Flaps attach to the SCARAB LT plate carrier front plate bag sides with One-Wrap fingers. The Quarter Flaps have a front flap opening under which the shorter SCARAB cummerbund attaches (sold separately). Using the Quarter Flaps you can don and doff the plate carrier without moving or removing gear from the front, as the cummerbund will open from your flank. You can also attach these Quarter Flaps to any plate carrier with a hook and loop based front flap. The Quarter Flaps can also be used just as side armor plate bags by running the normal length cummerbund through the Quarter Flap.

Not compatible with Särmä TST PC18 unless you are willing to do quite a bit resewing.

Materials

All hook & loop and One-Wraps are genuine Velcro. The M05 woodland gear is made of 500D Foxdura from Foxa, a Cordura-like fabric. The webbing is 25 mm / 1" M05 strap, also from Foxa – these are totally NIR compliant.
