A two-sided shoe brush - the smaller brush is for applying shoe polish, the larger one for polishing.

Usage

  1. Brush dirt off with a suitable rag or bristle brush. This brush might just do when removing light dirt.
  2. Apply your preferred shoe care product with the small round brush, rubbing vigorously with a circular motion.
  3. Let dry. The time required depends on your polishing agent of choice. If you are in a hurry, it's usually a good idea to apply the polish to both shoes first, then finish beginning with the first shoe.
  4. Finish by first polishing the shoes with the large brush, then buff the surface with something like a woolen sock, if a better shine is required.

This brush works very well and as intended. I didn't experience any excessive "hair-loss" with mine and used it frequently for quite a while now. I can recommend this brush as all-in-one-solution. The cleaning-brush could be a bit more "rough" to be able to get rid of harder dirt, but for this price....

Been using this brush to polish my new black Fenlin boots. For refrence I've been using Haix polish which comes out of a squeeze tube with a sponge built in, as opposed to using hard polish like kiwi. I did notice hair loss while polishing the first couple times, nothing excessive and without much force. And brushing or just blowing on the boot solved it quickly. After using it almost every day for an hour I haven't experienced any more hair loss and it creates a decent shine. Not a mirror finish, but that might be due to the polish I use and my technique. For the price I think its worth it. I don't think it would be good for brushing dirt off however, best to use a rag or heavier duty brush first.
