The Phase 5 Littleboy Hex Brake is the younger, compact version of the Fatman Hex Brake.
These muzzle brakes were created to solve issues faced by many competition shooters and precision rifle builders. The large, ventilated baffle section and chamber creates the compensation needed to reduce the overall recoil felt by the shooter.
The Littleboy Hex Brake includes one top port machined at a 20 Deg. forward-directed angle. This top port helps direct the energy of the spent gas in a manner that maintains a flat consecutive result shot after shot.
The design of the Littleboy Hex Brake allows the chamber wall to sit as close to the barrel crown plane as possible. This design element was included to maintain the full accuracy of the barrel.
Made in the USA from steel with a parkerized finish. Comes with a crush washer.

Phase 5 began with the founder, Ken Montes, having a problem to solve. It required a component not available elsewhere so he fabricated one in his garage. Soon, the company was born and has grown to produce especially the controls like ambidextrous charging handles and safety/selector switches.
