Folds up to a tight package, alu-coated for extra warmth and made of dimpled closed cell foam. A good basic seat mat, insulates and keeps you dry. Also works as a pillow pad and backpack cushioner.

Cheap, lightweight, and packs down very small. Works to keep your butt dry and maybe a little warmer, but offers minimal cushion / comfort.
If you want something to keep your butt dry and a little warmer, go for it. But I'd recommend getting a German / BW Folding Sleeping Mat, it offers more padding / cushion, is larger, and has many more uses for a little bigger packing size.
If you go to many football / soccer games and are used to sitting on hard, often wet and cold aluminum benches, then these are a must buy. For camping uses, get the BW Folding Sleeping Mat.
