Italian Taller Ammunition Box, 5.56 mm, Surplus

Beato te! Another heavy, metal NATO-style 5.56 mm ammo box from the land of awesome food.This time taller than the previous one. If you don’t feel like hoarding ammo, use it as a very durable toolbox, or hide something you don’t wish to be gnawed by rats or your children. Or create an eclectic apartment that all interior decorators will adore.

Features

In the immortal words of Duke Nukem, "Life is like a box of ammo!". Of course, these are only the boxes, no ammo included. We have sold another Italian ammo box for the caliber 5.56 NATO before. This is pretty much the same but taller. A sturdy steel box with a secure lid and a collapsible carry handle. You can stack the boxes neatly on top of each other. The markings on the side may vary to some extent, but they are all very cool nevertheless.

Use

As mentioned, these have been used to store cartridges, and it is still a very good idea. However, don’t let that limit your imagination, because these true metal boxes will safeguard many other things from the evils of the world. You can also fill them with metal junk and weight train until you’re the backwoods barbarian you were destined to be. Furthermore, a handy person can turn these into something awesome - from speakers to ammo box guitars.

Condition

Used Italian military surplus. However, since these are bloody tough metal boxes, they will probably last for generations to come. Your children will fight over these for a long time.

Since these are quite airtight and have been unopened for a long time, you might release some eldritch horror when you open yours for the first time. A bit like when baddies opened the Ark of the Covenant. Unfortunately, the smell goes away by airing out and washing, so you cannot enjoy it forever.
