Oddly, I could not mount it to the "picatinny rail" on my CZ P09. The dimensions of this Fenix mount are all correct according to the Picatinny rail specifications, but the dimension of the thinnest part of the rail on the P09 is wider than the maximum size allowed by the Picatinny specifications. The CZ P09 is an excellent pistol and I use it without any hesitations or restrictions, but in order to use this Fenix mount I will have to chip away about 1 mm of each "point of this mount's four fixed claws" (if you have this mount, you will probably understand what I mean).
