A camouflaged compression sack made of exceptionally strong M84 camouflaged polyamide (or similar). This is a medium sized bag suitable for most three season sleeping bags or a month's supply of clean underwear. Used Danish surplus.

Copied more or less directly from the British army PLCE compression sack but made of slightly stronger material, this Danish army bag should cover your sacky-packy-needs for a long time. The Danish M84 camouflage is pretty cool, it's a bit like the German Flecktarn but in all green shades.

Material and care

Made of very strong polyamide style fabric. We're not sure of the composition but it's tough as nails. There's a PU coating on the inside, but its condition usually varies from poor to so-so.

If you really need to clean this, use soap, warm water and a brush.

Danish surplus

Used but in nice serviceable shape. The only gripe is the usually damaged PU coating, which essentially makes these less waterproof. Whether or not this is a deal breaker, we will leave it up for you to decide. The main fabric won't be going bad anytime soon.

The coating is shorthanded as CQC, it is a type of rubber mix and almost all offical M/84 stuff contains it as a lining.
The sack is just that, no thrills, buy it if you need a fun camo bag.

I needed a compression sack with straps so I could lash my sleeping bag on the outside of my pack and this performed excellently. My sack's waterproof lining seems fully intact - my sleeping bag stayed fully dry while exposed to a flash blizzard / rain spell - but of course this might not be fully representative of all the compression sacks being sold here (according to the product description most sacks have a damaged lining, guess I got lucky). Condition was otherwise very good, clearly not brand new but pretty close to it. The nametag wasn't even filled out.
Overall a very high quality, durable and funky looking compression sack for quite cheap.
