CPE Ballistic Plate, NIJ IV Stand Alone

A NIJ Level IV stand-alone armor plate, SAPI cut and Multi Curved, compatible with most body armor vests and plate carriers out there. As a Stand Alone plate, this is an easy choice when you want the highest level of protection without having to think about soft armor backers. One plate in the package.

NIJ IV level protection

The NIJ 101.04 standard level IV is the highest possible rating. It offers protection from virtually all rifle rounds, including AP bullets. The better protection from AP rounds is a trade-off, however: in addition to the increased weight, NIJ IV is not specified to protect from six hits, as NIJ III is.
