Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the webstore run by Varusteleka Oy(Finnish company ID: 1234567-8) and its deliveries. By ordering, you accept these terms and conditions. Varusteleka reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without a separate notice. The changes apply as they are published on our website.

1. Placing an Order

We encourage all customers to place orders through our website for convenience and accuracy. The webshop automatically detects your country based on your IP address and adjusts prices, currencies, and shipping options accordingly. You can also manually select your shipping country from the drop-down menu.

Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be modified or combined with other orders. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@varusteleka.com.

2. Shipping and Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, DPD, Posti, etc. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping option:

  • Domestic standard shipping: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

These are estimated delivery times with economy delivery and are not guaranteed. We also offer 1-3 business-day express deliveries to most destinations. Customs delays or carrier disruptions may affect delivery schedules.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Duties

Our prices vary depending on your location and are automatically adjusted during checkout.

European Union (EU): Prices include VAT  for customers within the EU.

United States: Sales taxes are applied during checkout based on the shipping address. The total, including taxes, will be shown before you purchase.

For customers outside the EU and the U.S., local customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These are the customer's responsibility. Your shipment will include accurate customs documentation reflecting the value and contents of the package. Please note that we cannot mark shipments as "gifts" or alter customs information.

We accept various global payment methods to ensure a secure checkout experience:

  • 5. Restricted Items

Certain items cannot be shipped internationally due to carrier and customs restrictions, including:

Gun replicas, deactivated weapons, gun parts, magazines, grenades, batteries, and aerosols.

Additionally, specific countries may have further restrictions, such as prohibitions on certain foodstuffs (e.g., the U.S., Canada, UK, Japan). It is the customer’s responsibility to check local regulations before ordering.

6. International Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for all returns and refunds. You can initiate a return within 100 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Customized products and foodstuffs are non-returnable.

We take customer privacy seriously and comply with the applicable regulations in all regions where we operate.

European Union (EU): In compliance with the GDPR, personal data is processed only to fulfill orders and improve customer experience. Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. 

United States: U.S. customers are protected by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), allowing you to access, delete, or request the restriction of your personal data.
