Tasmanian Tiger is the sister company of the German outdoors gear manufacturer Tatonka. Tasmanian Tiger has a reputation for making solid quality, mid-tier gear. Tasmanian Tiger gear is best suited for advanced users such as sport shooters or LE officers. In some cases, Tasmanian Tiger gear can be recommended for military use, although the service life of Tasmanian Tiger gear will probably not be as long as that of similar products actually made for military use.
Manufactured in Vietnam.

Perfect retaining holster for a beginner at 2/3 Gun shooting, or wearing around your property or in a casual open carry situation. Would not recommend for use with defensive/concealed carry, this holster is meant to keep your gun in one spot and not meant for super fast draw.

I now have this holster mounted to a load bearing vest and I have been testing it out on short hikes with my dogs. The vertical position of it on my vest makes withdrawing the pistol a bit awkward, but I am getting used to it. It's definitely not a holster that will allow you to draw quickly in that vertical position, but it hold the gun very well and very securely.
