Features
These are neat oblong grinding wheel dressing sticks in various sizes and grits. In weak western countries, these would have been divided by coarseness but in Soviet Russia, the stone decides how you will sharpen your knife.
To put it plainly, these come in a range of grits but no figures are given in any manner understandable to us. If the grit only changed from one variety to another, these could be divided into rough categories fairly easily. However, there are different grits within a single variety and in the bigger ones, different sides seem to have different grits. So, this plan went to hell. Buy three of each and you probably will have a pretty good collection. These are dirt cheap but the quality is very nice for the price, so the chaotic system can be somehow forgiven.
Condition
Soviet military surplus. These appear unused but due to a long storage time, there can be some warehouse dust and minuscule chipping in edges. When these are stored loose in some abandoned bunker for decades, such things occur. In any case, these are perfectly usable.
Remove Russia
Our old product descriptions include ironic praise of our eastern neighbor and it used to be good fun. Does it piss you off? We understand and agree. However, we won't whitewash the old product descriptions. Instead, we have decided to stop buying Russian products. We sell what we have in stock and that's it.

It does appear to have a different grade on each side from not so rough to very rough. None are so fine that your going to get a razor honed edge but if your out in the woods and need to touchup your knife, axe or anything else, this will do the job.
Additionally you could probably hammer tent pegs with it or defend yourself from your local wild life, it feels that solid
P.S. Not really it would break the pegs and you’ll get reported for animal cruelty.
