Note! Yes, these are actually from the good old bad old Soviet Union, and thus have no kind of modern certificates for electronic equipment. So, we will not take responsibility if you decide to use these for your own purposes and get electrocuted or anything. Sold only as a collectible.
Underwater bad guy lairs, jungle antenna bases, East German human experiment labs, entire space stations held together with duct tape... All these could be found under the Soviet Sphere of Influence. And the huge control boards and computers of these places needed impressive buttons. Someone made buttons according to five-year plans and apparently there was some "excess". Some business-minded warehouse employee saw a chance to earn a buck and sold these.
The washers around the button can be screwed off, so you can just drill a hole on the platform of your choice and bolt the button on it. The operation principle is simple: press the button and contact surfaces engage, lift your finger, and the surfaces separate.

Genuine Soviet surplus
The story is the same old classic: these were stocked in some Soviet-governed military base in a country behind the Iron Curtain, and when the Cold War ended, someone found these and "made a fortune" with them. These are all unused, still waiting for their first hot launch!
Varusteleka button warranty!
This button does not fail! That's why we're prepared to give it a guarantee of functionality. If your button breaks in use, we will replace it as long as we have these in stock. Just send us a frustrating image of the non-functionality, preferably with an accompanying sour text about how this ruined your supervillain fantasies.

Remove Russia
Our old product descriptions include ironic praise of our eastern neighbor and it used to be good fun. Does it piss you off? We understand and agree. However, we won't whitewash the old product descriptions. Instead, we have decided to stop buying Russian products. We sell what we have in stock and that's it.

personally, I'm using them in my computer for a replacement power button, and after testing them they do work perfectly.
also because it isn't very clear on the pictures this in the operation of the buttons I got;
Red with steel frame: 4 Pins on the back for both normally open and normally closed circuits.
red with blue frame: 2 pins with a normally closed operation.
Black with grey Frame: 2 pins with a normally open operation.
as simple as they look I think they will outlive me.
