A metal collar tab insiginia, denoting it's user beloning to the motorized infantry of the Soviet Union. Real Soviet/Russian stuf, who knows where these were dug out of. Normally used in pairs, but here sold one by one!

Screwback attachment: very strong, you should make a pilot hole to the surface first.

Old Soviet stuff

Apparently unissued stuff, stored for a while. You might want to make small pilot holes for the prongs before you stick them through the fabric.
