This is one of the best designs I have used, with the flap significantly less prone to accidentally catching and opening than on other models I have used. It is well made and, although I have not had it for long, I have confidence in the longevity of the product.
In a kind of glass half-full/half-empty test, it is worth noting that both the hook-and-loop and press-stud are pretty stiff (at least initially); this does make it slightly slower to access your keys, /BUT/ on the plus side it gives you confidence that you will not accidentally lose them.
The tab to which you attach your keys is made from a webbing strap, which requires a bit more attention when securing your keys than in silencers with a plastic tab. However, in my experience, webbing tabs have never failed, unlike stiffer plastic tabs which are prone to splitting over time.
Overall, I would say that if you are looking for a key keeper/silencer, then this is probably the best currently on the market - at least in Europe.
