Särmä TST Equipment belt

A simply clever PALS compatible belt, what sets this aside from full-blooded battle belts is that this one is designed to also function as a backpack hip belt. Strap this onto your combat pack and enjoy the added comfort, stability, and load balance. And naturally, this gives you good space to attach extra pouches to, increasing your backpack's carry capacity.

• Designed for use with Särmä TST backpacks.
• Also functions as a lightweight battle belt.
• PALS webbing for attachment of pouches and gear.
• 40 mm DWSR buckle, adjustable on both ends.
• 40 mm straps for backpack attachment (example: Särmä TST Combat Pack.
• Two sizes:
• S/M: padding length 75 cm, total length max. 135 cm.
• L/XL: padding length 90 cm, total length max. 155 cm.
• Lightly padded Cordura-cell-foam laminate.
• MILSPEC NIR compliant materials, 1000D Cordura and PES webbing.

Pro-Tip: By removing the buckle and tucking in (or even cutting off) all the 40 mm webbing straps you can use this as padding for any combat belt. The PALS webbing is sewn onto separate pieces of Cordura and each of these is sewn onto the padding only by the upper and lower edges, this creates a tunnel for belts to pass through.

Finnish MILSPEC materials

These are made from 100% Finnish MILSPEC materials. The base material is a strong Cordura-cell-foam laminate, the exact same stuff is used to make shoulder straps for Finnish military backpacks. The ITW Nexus buckles are made from Delrin, an extremely tough special plastic that is very reliable even in extreme cold. Completely NIR compliant.

Sewn in Estonia

These are sewn for us by Savotta in Estonia. Savotta is the contractor for all Finnish army tents and load-bearing equipment, this gear is made exactly to Finnish military spec.
