Finnish MILSPEC materials
Fabric: 50/50 polycotton, 275 g/m2: This is the exact same material used in the latest production runs of the official issue uniforms. Naturally the camo print is totally NIR compliant, so you don´t need to fear looking all lit-up when viewed through NVDs.
To make sure the fabric does not lose it´s NIR compliant properties we recommend careful wash using only detergents that are free of optical brighteners, basically the more natural you get the better.

Sewn in Estonia
These are sewn in Estonia, at a factory that has a long history of producing quality clothing for military, law enforcement agencies.
This hood is a very functional and seems to be of high quality. This is actually more comparable to the premium line of Arktis uniforms than the jacket and trousers.
I bought jacket size 750 and hood size S which seems to fit well togehter.
Remarks (my personal opinion):
The fabric for this uniform is single layer and white on the backside. This is not a problem with the trousers, might be a problem with the jacket and an actual problem with the hood - but fixable. The positive side is that you could turn the inside out and use this uniform as a kind of winther camo, but only with internal pockets (irony). The negative side is that you will have to make sure that the inside is hidden when yoy take off your jacket in a tactical environment - especially when resting or at camp or when hanging the jacket to dry. This is more of a problem with the hood as the inside of the hood is clearly visible when the hood is resting flat against your upper back. You will thus have to make sure that the hood is always cinched up whenever it is not in use. This will make it more annoying to use the hood. You can see this in picture no. 3. But it kind of like it as the jacket and hood could be turned inside-out for a "in a pinch" winther camo.
MInd that you will have to sew on the three buttons for the hood (included) your self. I had all materials ready at hand so it was a 15-30 minutes job.
Should it have been made in waterproof fabric? Maybe.
Not a real drawback, and maybe not something to consider in this price range. The rim is not floppy at all, but could have been made stiffer with a metal wire reinforcement. This would have pushed up price though and could be quite easily done by your self.
