Since the original members came from all states, the division got the nickname All-American, which is shown on its famed "AA" patch.
The division later served in WWII where it was reconstituted as the first airborne division of the U.S. Army. They also participated in e.g. Korean, Vietnam, Gulf, and Iraq War.
Measurements 54 x 76 mm ((2.1” x 3.0"). With hook backing to slap on your Velcro base.
