A simple, "no bullshit" kind of mug. A classical choice for home, office, or outdoor use.

A very basic, old fashioned mug. This baby can take some pretty rough handling and keep coming back for more. Unlike most plastic-fantastic products these days, these are fireproof. This means that you no longer have to dig out a mess tin to boil your tea water out in the woods. Just stick this on the fire and wait.

Height and diameter both 9 cm / 3.5", weight 100 grams / 35 oz.

Made from stainless steel. Don't use this in the microwave, unless you're wearing protective clothing and really want to get rid of it.

I´m ultra happy with this mug. Really tough. It looks cooler and cooler after every fire-coffee and it has the perfect size for both outdoors and home. This mug, together with the Särmä wood stove is my minimum mess kit for trainings and one-day out. Fantastic. My favorite. Even more than the one with my wife´s and son´s pictures (well, obviously).

Ollut jo vuosia tällainen käytössä. Yksinkertainen ja yksinkertaisen loistava. Kevyt, minulle sopivan kokoinen, ja tämän jollain tavalla hajalle saamiseksi sitä pitänee jo tosissaan yrittää... Nököttää muuten tälläkin hetkellä tuossa vieressä Earl Greyn jäljiltä.

Kuusi euroa tämmösestä lähes ikuisesti kestävästä kamppeesta on halpaa.

Asiallisen oloinen kippo. Ei ultrajämerää, eli reilummin puristamalla myötää hieman, mutta ei näitä puristeltavaksi olekaan hommattu. Kahva vaikuttaa lämpenevältä, joten vähän vaatinee esim paracordista lämpösuojaa tehtäväksi.

Ilmoitetut mitat (9x9cm) ovat sitten vähän sinnepäin: 9cm on kupin huulen ulkoreunasta toiseen sisäreunaan. Pohjasta mitattuna halkaisija on lähempänä 85mm, eli esim MilTecin polttimen pidike ei tämän sisään mahdu.

EDIT: paracord-kahvanpeite valmistiuu noin 2.5m:n mittaisesta paracordista, jos tekee solmimalla Lekan rannekeohjetta soveltaen.

Outstanding little mug
I've used mine for oatmeal, vodka, and whatever beverages I had in the fridge.
I forgot to pack mine into my bag for deployment, so now I have to make my ramen in a regular canteen cup like a peasant.

Tuntuu jämerältä, mutta ei paina mahdottomia.
0,5L alumiininen vesipullo mahtuu hyvin sisään, joten ei vie repussa turhaa tilaa.
Hätätilassa tälläkin saa keitettyä vettä.
Tilasin heti 3 kpl nyt kun niitä taas sai.
On kyllä hintansa väärti.
Ei pärjää Kiinan poijaat hinta/laatu suhteessa.

I get compliments from all the coworkers. Food isn't allowed in the lab, however this piece of stainless steel could be mistaken for labware and as such I am able to enjoy my coffee in peace.
